Nuclear Platform is provided on “as is” basis and without any warranty whatsoever. We and our affiliates and third party service providers disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any and all warranties, express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights, or any other warranty, condition, guarantee or representation, whether oral or electronic. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or mobile device, loss of use, or loss of your user content.
All the things you do and all the information you submit or post to Nuclear Platform remain your responsibility. You will not hold us legally liable for any of your user content or actions that infringe the law or the rights of a third party or person in any way.
Our goal is to serve both your and community interests, so if you have an issue or dispute, you agree to raise it and try to resolve it with us informally.
No one is obligated or committed to work on Nuclear Platform for any period of time, participation is strictly voluntary. We did not force anyone to participate. Rather, we bootstrapped from the ground up (and did so in unforgiving bear market conditions). We did this in part to avoid any pressure regarding expectations of Nuclear Platform or the Nuclear Platform team, and to allow us greater flexibility.
As we grow, we may change major parts of the protocol (some on the Roadmap, and some changes whose importance will only be fully realized at a future date). Our philosophy is to be intelligent and adaptable, and we will undoubtedly evolve quickly. If you do not like a fast-paced/growth environment and are opposed to change, we ask you to simply not participate. It is important to keep in mind that this is an experimental project, so if you chose to stake or buy this cryptocurrency, make your own independent decisions. Your participation is solely at your own risk.
Prices will fluctuate. Please do not come to us to complain if the price is down. Do not come to us saying “the price has dropped, do something!” – this is another reason we did not have force anyone to participate, so we do not have to encounter that kind of unproductive pressure. Simply DO NOT get involved if you are not understanding of the risks involved, or our attitude of “move fast and possibly break things,” or us making the changes we desire, or the rate of development at which we are progressing.
